Rolled Oat Pie Crust

2 c. rolled oat flakes
1/4 c. vegetable shortening
1/2 c. sweetener
1/4 t. cinnamon

Mix all ingredients.
Press the mixture evenly onto the bottom of a pie plate, using your fingers or the back of a spoon.

Bake at 350 for 1o minutes before using.
