1/2 cup natural peanut butter
1/2 cup gluten-free vegetable broth
1/4 cup orange juice
1 T. gluten-free tamari
1 T. brown sugar or molasses
1 t. sesame oil
red pepper flakes or chili oil (optional)
whisk together ingredients in saucepan over medium heat until peanut butter has melted and sauce is smooth.
