Spaghetti Sauce

olive oil
onion
garlic
balsamic vinegar
mushrooms
1 can crushed tomatoes
bell pepper
basil

Saute onion and garlic in olive oil until onion is soft.
Add balsamic vinegar and chopped mushrooms, cook on low for a few minutes.
Add crushed tomatoes, bell pepper, and any other veggies you want.
Cook on med-low until bell peppers are soft.

Serve over whole wheat pasta and sprinkle with chopped basil and/or nutritional yeast.
