Black Beans and Rice Soup (crockpot)

onion
3 carrots
2 stalks celery
4 cloves garlic
1/2 t. cumin
1 1/2 t. basil
1/2 t. chili powder
1/2 t. oregano
1/2 t. Tabasco sauce
24 oz. black beans
29 oz. crushed tomatoes
29oz. broth
1 1/2 c. cooked rice

Combine all ingredients except rice in crockpot. Cover and cook on low 8 to 10 hours (high 3 to 4 hours). Add cooked rice before serving.

8 servings.
