Warm bread, veggies, and salad

1 loaf of potato rosemary bread (found at Fred Meyer) or a hearty grain bread
olive oil
balsamic vinegar
1 lb. asparagus/broccoli/green beans, etc. (whatever you feel like)
1 bunch lettuce/kale, etc.
your favourite dressing

heat bread in oven at 350 for 15-20 minutes, or until loaf is quite hot to the touch (heated all the way through)
pour olive oil and vinegar in a shallow dish for bread dipping
steam veggies, add butter or salt or whatever you like on them
tear lettuce into bite-sized pieces and pour dressing over

Slice the bread and dip in olive oil and vinegar, and chomp the steamed veggies and salad.
