False Eggs

(amounts given equal 1 egg)
  • 3 T. ground flaxseed mixed with water (enough to get egg-like consistency)
  • 1 1/2 t. powder egg replacer + 2 T. water (can be found at most health food stores)
  • 1/2 banana (not good for foods that rise, very good for desserts)
  • 1/2 c. soft tofu, blended
  • 3 T. applesauce (not good for foods that rise, very good for desserts)
