Hummus


1 can garbanzo beans
1/3 c. lemon juice
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 c. tahini
3 T. olive oil
1 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 c. chopped parsley

Toss all into food processor and process until smooth.
Store in refrigerator for up to a month.
