Ginger Tea
2 in. piece of ginger, peeled
16 oz. water
Slice ginger into thin circular disks
Boil 16 oz. water
Toss ginger pieces into boiling water and turn heat to simmer
Plug spout or cover pot and simmer 20 minutes
To serve, add soy milk and raw sugar
