Oven Roasted Red Potatoes with Garlic and Rosemary



10-12 red potatoes, scrubbed and quartered
4 large cloves garlic, minced
1 heaping teaspoon dried rosemary
1/4 c. olive oil

Mix garlic, rosemary, and olive oil into a large bowl.
Add quartered potatoes and toss until coated.
Dump potatoes in a casserole dish and bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes, or until soft.
