French Onion Soup (crockpot)
4 onions
6 1/2 cups vegetable broth
1/4 cup red table wine
1 T. dijon mustard
2 T. balsamic vinegar
2 bay leaves
1 t. thyme
salt
pepper
Combine in crockpot and cook for 4-5 hours on low.
